brief introduction

  the so-called solar absorption refrigeration is to use the solar collector to provide the heat medium water required by the generator for the absorption refrigerator.

   the higher the temperature of the heat medium water, the higher the coefficient of performance (also known as cop) of the refrigerator, so the higher the refrigeration efficiency of the air conditioning system. For example, if the temperature of the heat medium water is about 60 ℃, the cop of the refrigerator is about 40; If the temperature of the heat medium water is about 90 ℃, the cop of the refrigerator is about 70; If the temperature of the heat medium water is about 120 ℃, the cop of the refrigerator can reach more than 110. Solar absorption air conditioning system is mainly composed of solar collector and absorption refrigerator.

  1. Working principle of absorption refrigeration

   absorption refrigeration is carried out by using binary solution composed of two substances as working medium. The two substances have different boiling points under the same pressure, in which the component with high boiling point is called absorbent and the component with low boiling point is called refrigerant. There are two commonly used absorbent refrigerant combinations: one is lithium bromide water, which is usually suitable for large central air conditioning; The other is water ammonia, which is usually suitable for small air conditioners.

  2. Working principle of solar absorption air conditioner

   in summer, the hot water heated by the collector first enters the storage tank. When the hot water temperature reaches a certain value, the storage tank provides heat medium water to the refrigerator; The cooled hot water from the refrigerator flows back to the water storage tank and is heated into high-temperature hot water by the heat collector; The refrigerant water generated by the refrigerator leads to the air conditioning box to achieve the purpose of refrigeration and air conditioning. When the solar energy is insufficient to provide high-temperature heat medium water, the auxiliary heat source can supplement the heat.

  it can be seen that the higher the temperature, the colder the refrigeration effect. If the ordinary solar vacuum heat collection module is used, the maximum temperature in summer can only reach 90 degrees, while if the Huayuan solar medium and high temperature system is used, the temperature can reach 2-300 degrees, the refrigeration effect will be very good, and more importantly, it can save more than half of the heating power and the heat collection area than the ordinary low-temperature collector.

  the conventional absorption air conditioning system mainly includes absorption refrigerator, air conditioning box (or fan coil), boiler and other parts, while Huayuan solar absorption air conditioning system adds solar collector, water storage tank and automatic control system on this basis.

   it has been proved by foreign theory and practice that the solar medium and high temperature system (CPC) is one of the most suitable heat source supply systems for solar refrigeration and air conditioning. It not only has better refrigeration conversion effect than the low-temperature collector, but also reduces the heating power of the collector and the heat collection area. CPC medium and high temperature system will be a necessary heat collection system for solar air conditioning applications.
